Returns & Right of Withdrawal
We want you to feel secure when shopping at Dailies. Therefore, we offer a 14-day right of withdrawal in accordance with Swedish law.
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days from the day you or a person designated by you received your order.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you need to notify us within these 14 days by sending an email to:

Please state your order number and which products you wish to return, and we will assist you further.
Return Conditions
For a return to be approved, the following applies:

The product must be returned no later than 14 days after you notified us that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.

The product must be in original condition.

For hygiene and health reasons, we only accept returns of products where the packaging is unbroken and sealed.

If the product's seal has been broken, the right of withdrawal may be forfeited according to current legislation for hygiene products.
Refund
Once we have received and approved your return, we will refund the amount you paid for the returned products, including any standard shipping for the original delivery, in accordance with applicable law.
The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase, normally within 14 days from when we received the return or received proof that the product has been shipped back.
Return Shipping
The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless otherwise agreed. We recommend that the return is sent with a traceable shipping method, as you are responsible for the goods until they have reached us.
Complaint
If you have received a damaged, incorrect, or defective product, please contact us as soon as possible at support@beautypartnernordic.com. Describe the defect and preferably include pictures, and we will help you resolve the matter in accordance with the Consumer Purchase Act.
